For over 45 years, we have been designing and manufacturing springs and gas cylinders for sectors where reliability and precision are not an option, but a requirement.
Today, we are looking towards a new challenge: the marine sector.

Backed by the experience gained in the automotive industry and in the most demanding industrial applications, we have started developing special custom springs tailored for the marine environment, one of the harshest operating contexts of all.

The challenge of corrosion

The marine environment leaves no room for compromise.
This is why we develop special springs based on customer designs and specifications, using suitable materials such as high-performance stainless steels (AISI 316, 316L, 316Ti, Duplex, and Superduplex) and special nickel alloys (Inconel, Monel), to ensure high performance and structural integrity even under the continuous action of salt spray and weathering.

Custom springs for every onboard need

Every marine application has its own specifications. That is why we work on custom-designed solutions, putting our know-how at the service of areas such as:

  • Mooring and anchoring systems: shock absorption and reduction of peak loads

  • Winches: damping during lifting phases, to reduce wear on cables and mechanisms
