Linked systems offer significant advantages in managing molds, allowing force adjustment and secure pressure control.
Benefits
Linked systems ensure uniform pressure across all cylinders and allow pressure control. This enables precise control of the force applied to the sheet metal, even during stamping. The operator can increase or reduce cylinder pressure (and thus the force) without intervening on each individual cylinder.
Always attentive to safety, Special Springs offers linked systems equipped with a pressure switch and safety cap.
