OSAS: Over Stroke Active Safety

29/05/2026
What happens when a nitrogen cylinder is compressed beyond its nominal stroke?
An unexpected event during stamping or a setup error can become a real hazard, with the risk of damage to the die or, worse still, to workers.

We believe that safety is a fundamental component of the product. That is why we have patented OSAS (Over Stroke Active Safety).
How does it work?
If the cylinder is compressed beyond its nominal stroke, the OSAS safety system intervenes and releases the internal pressure completely and in a controlled manner.
What are the benefits?
- Total protection: drastically reduces the risk to operators and damage to the mould.
- 100% Automatic: activates automatically, without any external intervention.
- Zero additional costs: for us, safety is not an option: this technology is integrated without increasing the cost of the cylinder.
